Brand Identity Design
HOOLAHOOP is an exuberant rock music group from Bandung that works from 2009. In this project, I did some experimentation on visual language, where each visual element in each song represents an expression through a consistent graphics system, which is a straight line representing the lyrics, curved lines represent harmony and roundness as notes. In the design of the identity of this music group also involves researchers from a lecturer at ITENAS, Inko Sakti in an effort to synchronize visuals to reflect the visual culture of music in Indonesia. In a high independent spirit, HOOLAHOOP also designed a very intimate merch in the form of selected artwork from various artist colors in the city of Bandung to represent and interpret each song they created.
