Brand Architecture & Identity

Respiro is an Indonesian riding gear brand focused on delivering performance-driven apparel tailored for tropical climates and high-mobility urban riders. Rooted in technical innovation and material research, the brand operates across a wide range of products designed for different riding scenarios. However, prior to the redesign, this breadth created a layer of complexity in communication—where product distinctions, functional benefits, and intended use cases were not clearly structured. As a result, the brand’s positioning became diffused, with fragmented messaging across both internal teams and external touchpoints.

Through the development of a cohesive visual identity and strategic brand architecture, Respiro was restructured into a more focused and navigable system. A unified, performance-driven design language was introduced to express precision, protection, and adaptability, while a clearer product hierarchy enabled more intuitive communication across all channels. This transformation not only strengthens internal alignment, but also sharpens how the brand is perceived—repositioning Respiro with a clearer identity and a scalable foundation to guide its future growth in line with its target market.
